Brennan was born and raised in Atlanta and liked it so much he never left. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in 2002 and obtained his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2005. Somewhere in the middle, he got married.
He has practiced law in the State of Georgia for over 16 years. During that time, he has represented thousands of individuals in Personal Injury, Family Law, Immigration and Criminal Defense cases. Brennan is an effective and persuasive trial lawyer who fights for his clients and prides himself on being honest in his assessment of their cases. He has appeared before judges in countless juvenile, administrative, magistrate, probate, state, superior and federal courts in the state of Georgia, as well as immigration courts throughout the United States.
Brennan speaks Spanish, having learned while playing soccer in high school. He spends most of his free time coaching his three oldest children’s softball teams. He is a lover of all things Atlanta sports, especially the Braves and Atlanta United. He begrudgingly loves his Georgia Tech football team, even though they continue to disappoint him like a bad child.
